Pleasant Hill Ward had the privilege to #ShareTheGift with
some well deserving students at our partner school, Highlands Elementary School in Kissimmee.

On Sunday the 14th of December, Bishop Palomino
said that the Church had some resources available and wanted to see if Pleasant
Hill Ward might put those to good use with our partner school, Highlands
Elementary. Thankfully, with the help of Bishop Aron at the Orlando Bishop's Storehouse,
Highlands received the food on Friday, December 19, 2014; just in time to send
some much needed foodstuffs home with their students.
Previously, Pleasant Hill Ward had the opportunity to serve
in August 2014 as we helped Highlands Elementary by sorting books and packets, delivered
them to classrooms, cleaned, painted, landscaped, and a few other cool
items.

Principal Allison Doe attended Sacrament Meeting in Pleasant
Hill with her staff and some family members where they presented the ward with
a certificate of appreciation from Highlands Elementary, sharing some tearful
and heartfelt comments.
Pleasant Hill is certainly grateful for the opportunity to
#ShareTheGift this Season with Highlands Elementary!
